So when I returned to New Zealand, I referred replica hublot watches to my Maori dictionary and there the word pakepakeha was "imaginary beings resembling men with fair skins''.
Michael King, in his Penguin History of Thomas sabo charms New Zealand, says the term Pakeha was in use by at least 1814 and was probably derived from the pre-European word pakepakeha, denoting mythical white- skinned beings.
The term Pakeha describes my cultural identity. The term New Zealander describes my nationality. I feel very comfortable referring to myself as a Clip on charms Pakeha New Zealander.
